Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Pricing is quoted per event.
Deposits and cancellation
A booking is confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the estimated total has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before service begins. If you cancel 7 days or more before the event, your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as ingredients, staff and preparation have already been committed to your date. Requests to reschedule are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
